This Privacy Policy explains how eSIM Hub, through esimhub.online, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our website, account area, checkout, and eSIM services.
1. Data controller and contact

2. Data we process
- Account and contact data: name, email address, login information, and language preferences.
- Order and eSIM data: purchased plans, order numbers, activation status, ICCID, data usage, and support history.
- Payment data: payment status, amount, currency, and transaction reference. Full card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, timestamps, logs, and security events.
- Communications: information you send to customer support.
- Usage and analytics data: page views, clicks, attribution parameters, and performance data where analytics tools are enabled.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to create and maintain accounts, provide and activate eSIMs, process payments, deliver support, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, improve our service, and comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases include performance of a contract, compliance with law, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service.
4. Sign in with Google
When you use “Continue with Google,” Google provides the profile information required for authentication, typically your Google account ID, email address, name, and, where available, profile image. We do not receive your Google password and do not obtain access to Gmail messages, Google Drive, or other Google data you have not expressly authorized.
5. Service providers and recipients
We share data only where necessary to operate the service. Recipients may include payment providers such as Stripe, Google for authentication and technical services, hosting and email providers, analytics and security providers, and eSIM or telecommunications partners. We disclose information to public authorities only where legally required.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies and local storage for authentication, language, currency, cart state, and security. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
8. Data retention
We retain data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose. Account and order records may be kept during the customer relationship and afterward where tax, accounting, consumer-protection, or other legal retention rules apply. Security logs are kept for a reasonable period.

10. Account deletion
You may request account deletion through account settings or by emailing support@esimhub.online. Order and payment records that must be retained by law may be excluded from deletion.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and security monitoring. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
Our service is not directed to children who, under the law applicable to them, cannot independently enter into a contract or consent to data processing.
